OUGD603: Extended Practice - Brief 9 - EOYS Reflection Model

Laura and I wanted to create an interactive wall for the end of year show. For the purpose of the pitch we made a miniature model so that the judges could get an idea of what we were pitching.

Using reflective paper we were able to create a small version of the concept we were pitching. Though each tile (if the model was actually made) would move on its own we added one long arm that users could spin to move each tile.

OUGD603: Extended Practice - End of Year Show Logo Development

Laura and I wanted the logo to explain the concept of reflection. We tried out a lot of different logo ideas and could not agree on one. We then decided to take some of the ideas around college and have students choose their favourite. 

Our least favourite logo was number three which was chosen by nearly all of the people we asked. We could not agree with this logo so we decided to revisit the design all together.

Laura and I both wanted to create something experiential and interactive for the EOYS. Even though the brief only asked for a few things we decided to pitch an idea to create something interactive for visitors to look at as well as other work. 

We looked into interactive walls and experiential marketing for inspiration.
